ITUF – Model of Operation
Guidelines to ensure a structured, rewarding, and collaborative learning experience
Introduction
ITUF is a structured learning and community platform designed to help individuals acquire practical skills, grow through capacity building, and benefit from a strong, tech-driven community.
1. Training Structure
ITUF offers a hybrid learning model:
- 90% Virtual Training via WhatsApp groups, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- 10% Physical Training for workshops and
seminars (more physical sessions for members in Abuja).
2. Virtual Learning Platforms
Training sessions will be conducted on:
- WhatsApp Groups – for community discussions,
short learning videos, and announcements.
- Zoom & Google Meet – for live classes.
- Google Classroom – for submitting assignments and tracking progress.
- Google Drive – for access to detailed learning videos.
3. Physical Sessions & Events
- Workshops, seminars, and networking
events will be organized periodically.
- Members will be notified of upcoming events on all ITUF platforms.
- Physical sessions are optional, but participation is
necessary and encouraged for networking and practical exposure.
4. Membership Levels
ITUF has three membership levels, designed to make
learning accessible for everyone:
- Basic Member (N10,000 registration fee)
- Standard Member (N20,000 registration fee)
- Elite Member (N30,000 registration fee)
- Each level has unique features and benefits.
Members can upgrade to higher levels at a specified fee (see Section 6).
5. Course Enrollment
- Registered members can select one
course within their membership level.
- Members may choose a second course within the same level for an additional 10% of their membership fee.
- Upon payment, members will be enrolled
in the next available cohort. This ensures a smooth learning progression, as each class group begins and concludes on a coordinated schedule.
6. Membership Duration & Renewal
- Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.
- Renewal is allowed at 50% of the original registration fee.
- Members can upgrade to a higher membership level anytime:
- Basic → Standard: 75% of Standard registration fee (₦15,000)
- Standard → Elite: 75% of Elite registration fee (₦22,500)
- Basic → Elite: Full Elite membership fee (₦30,000; not encouraged)
7. Mentorship & Community Engagement
- Members have access to mentorship, guided projects, and real-world exposure.
- ITUF fosters community bonding, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Members who contribute to the ecosystem may receive bonus rewards and incentives.
8. Payment & Registration Conditions
- All payments must be completed to secure enrollment in any course or upgrade.
- Members who do not complete payment will not have access to virtual study groups or physical sessions.
- Payment confirmations are required for registration to be active.
9. Additional Conditions
- Members must adhere to ITUF community guidelines; abusive or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
- Course content is copyright-protected; unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
- ITUF reserves the right to modify courses,
fees, and schedules, with notice given to members in advance.
- Certificates or completion recognition will only be issued to members who complete the full course requirements.
The ITUF Conditions of Operation are designed to ensure a structured, rewarding, and collaborative learning experience for all members. By joining, members agree to comply with these rules to maximize their growth and contribution to the ITUF community.
