International Tech Upskilling Forum (ITUF)

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to International Tech Upskilling Forum (ITUF), a technology-focused upskilling and training platform offering digital skills education primarily through virtual learning and, in limited cases, physical sessions.

By accessing, registering on, enrolling in, paying for, or using any of ITUF’s services, platforms, classes, materials, websites, applications, or programs, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that you are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, enroll, or make payment for any ITUF service.

Acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Learner”, “Participant”) and International Tech Upskilling Forum (ITUF) (“ITUF”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

For the purpose of these Terms:
“ITUF” refers to IT Upskilling Forum and its administrators, instructors, facilitators, partners, and representatives.
“User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses ITUF services.
“Services” include all training programs, courses, classes, mentorship, materials, recordings, assessments, and certifications offered by ITUF.
“Platform” includes ITUF’s website, learning management systems, social platforms, third-party tools, and communication channels.
“Soft Copy Certificate” means a digital certificate issued electronically, not a printed or hardcopy document.

3. NATURE OF ITUF SERVICES


3.1 ITUF is a tech upskilling and digital skills training forum, not a university, polytechnic, college, or degree-awarding institution.
3.2 ITUF provides skill-based training only, including but not limited to:

Employment, Job placement, Promotion, Salary increase, Business success, and Certification recognition by employers or regulatory bodies
3.4 Training is delivered primarily online, with limited physical sessions where applicable.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENT


4.1 Minimum eligibility age is 16 years.
4.2 Users below 18 years confirm that:
They have parental or guardian consent
ITUF bears no responsibility for lack of supervision

4.3 ITUF reserves the right to:
- Verify user identity and age
- Deny or terminate access if false information is provided

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITY


5.1 Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
5.2 Users are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Activities conducted under their account
- Securing login credentials 5.3 Sharing login details, impersonation, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination without refund.

6. PAYMENT, FEES, AND BILLING

6.1 All fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

6.4 ITUF reserves the right to: Withdraw discounts or promotions, Correct pricing errors and Refuse service where necessary

7. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

7.1 ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO ITUF ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
7.2 No refunds shall be issued for:

7.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination
- Permanent ban from ITUF
- Possible legal or recovery action

8. COURSE ACCESS AND DELIVERY


8.1 Course schedules, facilitators, content, and structure may change at ITUF’s discretion.
8.2 ITUF may:

-> Update or remove content 8.3 Access is personal and non-transferable.

9. CERTIFICATES

9.1 ITUF issues soft copy (digital) certificates only upon successful completion, subject to: Attendance requirements Completion of assessments Compliance with conduct rules
9.2 Certificates: Are not professional licenses Do not guarantee employment May be withdrawn if issued based on false information

10. USER CONDUCT AND CODE OF BEHAVIOR

Users must not:
Harass instructors or participants
Disrupt classes
Use abusive or offensive language
Promote illegal activities
Spam or advertise without permission
Record or redistribute sessions
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS


11.1 All content belongs exclusively to ITUF.
11.2 Users may not: Copy, Record, Distribute, Sell, Publish, Reuse materials for commercial purposes
11.3 Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES


12.1 ITUF may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, GitHub, WhatsApp, or LMS tools.
12.2 ITUF is not responsible for: Downtime, Data loss, Platform failures, Policy changes of third-party services

13. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


13.1 ITUF provides training “as is” without warranties.
13.2 ITUF shall not be liable for:
Career decisions
Financial losses
Business outcomes
Loss of data or opportunity

13.3 Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify ITUF against any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from: Breach of these Terms, Misuse of services, and Violation of laws

15. FORCE MAJEURE

ITUF shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including: Power failure, Network disruption, Natural disasters, and Government actions

16. TERMINATION

ITUF may suspend or terminate access: Without notice, Without refund, For violation of these Terms, and For security or legal reasons

17. DATA PROTECTION

ITUF will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Users consent to data use for training, communication, and administrative purposes.

18. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

ITUF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nigerian courts.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ITUF and the User.
